Booking and Cancellation via our own website
Requested bookings are all subject to availability, once a booking has been requested it will only become a contract once the booking has been confirmed and paid for 21 days prior to arrival when the booking cost will be requested from the customer. Once a booking is confirmed the holidaymaker is responsible for the total cost of the holiday as shown on the invoice issued at the time of booking. We therefore recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance. If we are notified of a cancellation, at any time up to 21 days prior to your confirmed stay, we will not seek the balance payable for the holiday. However the initial £10 booking fee will not be refunded to cover admin costs.
Cancellations via other platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com will be subject to separate cancellation policies. These are found on their respective websites.
Any cancellations within the 21 day period will not be refunded. We advise that holiday insurance is obtained to cover all situations including coronavirus illnesses.
Please note that for New Years Eve website booking cancellation within a 30 day period will not be refunded.
Services disruption
Services disruption are matters beyond our control and customers are advised to take out holiday insurance to cover, instrances where holidays are cut short due to electric or water servies interruption. No alternative dates will be provided due to these matters being out of our control, therefore holiday insurance is recommended.
Children under 3
Children under 3 are free of charge but no bedding will be provided.
In the event of severe weather prior to arrival Panoramic Pods reserves the right to postpone the booking to another date both convenient with the hirer and of equal value to the original booking.
The balance will be automatically requested from the card that you used to pay the deposit. If your card details change please notify us.
The booking is taken on a provisional basis until all funds have been paid in full and cleared through the banking system. The booking then becomes confirmed. Until the booking is confirmed, it can be cancelled at any time with prior notice by us
